Despina has a particular expertise in working with children and adolescents who have endured significant loss, whether as a result of divorce, the death of a loved one, or other traumatic events. She is dedicated to normalizing emotional responses to such experiences, creating a safe space for clients to express their feelings without judgment. In addition, she empowers her clients by developing personalized treatment plans and equipping them with practical coping strategies that allow them to move forward with resilience and strength.
She strongly advocates for self-care, emphasizing the importance of sleep, nutrition, and exercise for mental stability. Despina collaborates with clients to create balanced lifestyles that promote overall well-being.

Outside of her professional life, Despina is an avid runner and weightlifter, dedicating time to her physical fitness and personal well-being. She values spending quality time with her husband and their three children, embracing a balanced and active lifestyle. Sandy has been a trusted and empathetic Therapist, dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges with authenticity and care. With a Master’s degree in Community Counseling and the distinction of being inducted into the International Honor Society of Psychology, Sandy’s professional journey is rooted in a passion for fostering growth and resilience.
Sandy believes in the power of evidence-based approaches, tailoring therapeutic methods to meet the unique needs of each individual. By embodying compassion, Sandy builds meaningful connections with clients, ensuring they feel heard and respected. Jane is a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Jane enjoys working with clients as they face different challenges and changes in their life. Jane believes that we are all different faces with a lot of transitions. Sometimes we initiate those transitions, but sometimes we are expected to just adjust. Jane acknowledges that this can be exhausting , overwhelming, and confusing, but even empowering as well. Jane's hope is to help clients find strength to navigate these challenges, while also identifying hidden opportunities as a potential result. All changes require grief, courage, and hope. Jane works well with clients from later adolescence through the life span. Jane's had a long career working with clients in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, schools, home based programs , crisis programs, and community mental health administration offices. In such service, Jane developed a wide range of experiences and learned a lot from clients as they navigate life, the necessary tools, and the components of resilience. Jane feels it is a privilege to be included in someone's journey and help them transition from challenge to courage. Jane utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy and is an active participant and advocate for her clients. Jane believes in offering a strong base of education for clients to understand their processes, symptoms, and options to address the issues that are presented. Jane believes that people can overcome most things if heard, supported, and taught new skills.

Kwamayne is a Licensed Professional Counselor and proud U.S. Army Veteran who’s passionate about helping people work through life’s toughest moments. He earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University and brings both clinical experience and real-world perspective to the work he does. With a strong background in trauma, life transitions, and healing, Kwamayne uses evidence-based tools and techniques—but always tailors his approach to fit each person’s unique story. Over the past six years, he’s worked in a variety of settings, including IOP/PHP programs, inpatient care, and outpatient therapy, giving him a well-rounded understanding of what people need at different points in their journey. Whether he’s working with Veterans, first responders, or anyone dealing with anxiety, depression, or big life changes, Kwamayne creates a welcoming, supportive space where clients can feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow. As a Veteran himself, he understands how life can shift after service and brings that insight into every session—with empathy, honesty, and a steady sense of support. Outside of work, you’ll often find Kwamayne playing video games with friends, volunteering at his church, or spending quality time with his wife and dog.
