Despina has a particular expertise in working with children and adolescents who have endured significant loss, whether as a result of divorce, the death of a loved one, or other traumatic events. Sandy has been a trusted and empathetic Therapist, dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges with authenticity and care. With a Master’s degree in Community Counseling and the distinction of being inducted into the International Honor Society of Psychology, Sandy’s professional journey is rooted in a passion for fostering growth and resilience.
Sandy believes in the power of evidence-based approaches, tailoring therapeutic methods to meet the unique needs of each individual. By embodying compassion, Sandy builds meaningful connections with clients, ensuring they feel heard and respected. Kwamayne is a Licensed Professional Counselor and proud U.S. Army Veteran who’s passionate about helping people work through life’s toughest moments. He earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University and brings both clinical experience and real-world perspective to the work he does. With a strong background in trauma, life transitions, and healing, Kwamayne uses evidence-based tools and techniques—but always tailors his approach to fit each person’s unique story. Over the past six years, he’s worked in a variety of settings, including IOP/PHP programs, inpatient care, and outpatient therapy, giving him a well-rounded understanding of what people need at different points in their journey. Whether he’s working with Veterans, first responders, or anyone dealing with anxiety, depression, or big life changes, Kwamayne creates a welcoming, supportive space where clients can feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow. As a Veteran himself, he understands how life can shift after service and brings that insight into every session—with empathy, honesty, and a steady sense of support. Outside of work, you’ll often find Kwamayne playing video games with friends, volunteering at his church, or spending quality time with his wife and dog.

Monica is a bi-cultural and bilingual therapist dedicated to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. Monica recognizes that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, which is why she strives to create a judgment-free, welcoming environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Monica holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Monica's therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that may be holding them back. Monica is especially passionate about working with those navigating anxiety, life transitions, cultural identity, and personal growth. Monica's goal is to empower clients to better understand themselves and develop tools to lead more balanced, fulfilling lives. In Monica's free time, she enjoys reading, going to the movie theater, spending quality time with my family, and of course trying new food.

Mónica reconoce que comenzar la terapia puede sentirse abrumador, por lo que se esfuerza por crear un ambiente acogedor y libre de juicios donde los clientes se sientan seguros para explorar sus pensamientos, emociones y desafíos. Mónica tiene una maestría en Trabajo Social de la Universidad de Texas en San Antonio y una licenciatura en Psicología Aplicada de la Universidad de Illinois en Chicago.
